What shapes my design ethos?

I have a professional background social services, specializing in multicultural community services and crisis intervention support as a victim support worker.

When it comes down to design, I take the approach with a curious mind, replacing a set of judgments based on my existing empathy.

While empathy fosters a sense of connectedness, I recognize that it could also come with a set of stereotypes.

This is why I aim to rework empathy, by grounding my work in ethnographic observations. I enjoy the process of gathering primary data of real-life experiences of the potential clients.

This is why I pay extra caution when practicing empathy, by grounding my work in ethnographic observations. I enjoy the process of gathering primary data of real-life experiences of the potential clients.

My approach with genuine curiosity is melted in my work bridging a generational gap, allowing me to explore specific age generation that I may not have directly experienced.
